This recipe is actually an oldie but goodie if you are keto.
Obviously its not vegan since it only consist of 2 ingredients of which neither are vegan!
What you use
6 organic eggs – biodynamic if you have it in your country
150g feta cheese
How you make it
I made this video years ago while living in Gstaad, Switzerland – showing you how to make it.
And yes! its that easy!
- You blend the eggs and feta, add pepper
- Pour it into a baking pan – when l was making it the other day for my family l greased the pan with coconut oil first and drizzled some spice mix on top before putting it in the oven
- Bake on 200*C for 8-10 min depending on your oven – its supposed to be firm in the middle
- Serve with iceberg lettuce wraps and veggies
