Gluten-free Vegan Keto Bagel

I love bread! However, l havent had any grains since the early 2000´s instead l make my own bread, crisp bread and now bagels with seeds and nuts. The recipes differ a bit but the core ingredients are the same. The Keto Bread Mix First off l make a bread-mix with different seeds that are all keto. I pick the different seeds in the amounts that l like the most, so you just do the same.Fx in only 25g of sunflower seeds you get all the calcium you need and dont have to worry if you dont get any dairy, there..…

Vegan Keto Veggies – re-feed shortcuts

A lot of people think vegan is difficult, they think keto is difficult but they think vegan keto is impossible! Its not. What is difficult is changing whatever habit you have, if you dont see the point of changing it. I am vegan and living keto because with those choices l am recovering my brain in the best way possible. And only having to eat specific things at specific times and with that recover from a brain injury, to me that seems like the easy solution! Because of my injury l struggle with planning, l struggle with concentration and l struggle if the…

As you know l am water fasting quite a lot. The effects are amazing!Butl still got Addisons and l still crash if l am not careful. And fasting is very stressful for the body in many ways and to be honest water fasting makes me more vulnerable than l already. In the period l have been water fasting and felt amazing l have also increased the amounts of Addison crashes l have experienced. Only someone with Addisons know how it feels and how quick it goes!Thankfully l know what to do, my family recognise the signs and we act immediately…

Is a 110h water fast a failure?

Ok, let´s talk failure and disappointment in one self. In a lot of the fasting groups on Facebook l often read post where someone had decided to do a 48h, 72h, 96h or even 1 week water fast but for some reason they stopped the fast before they were supposed to. All of them - without an exception - touch on the topic of feeling like a failure. Hypothyroid? Check your potassium!

l lack potassium! Which is kinda weird since Addisons normally have high potassium and low sodium. I am low in everything ... potassium and sodium, so l need to have an extra eye on getting enough of both. I use electrolytes (from BulkPowders btw) when l feel l need extra and otherwise l get potassium via my diet. It's ridiculously easy! Low potassium is the cause for a lot of symptoms that the majority of people are not aware of and in many cases get treated for, but rarely by adding the potassium to their diet that their body really…
